Means-Ends

• Telic – Evaluate an activity about how far the it leads to achieving a goal

• Paratelic – Evaluate an activity about how much pleasure is involved

 

Rules

• Conformist – See’s rules as structure and are obligated to follow them

• Rebellious – Rules are seen as restrictions and are opposed to following them

 

Transactions

• Mastery – The situation is seen about having control and transactions are revolved around taking or yielding

• Sympathy – Transactions are about affection and personal relationships

 

Relationships

• Autic – Evaluates the outcome of actions in terms of how they aid the individual

• Alloic – Evaluates the outcome of actions based on how it benefits others
